The Stoiximan AegeanBall Festival is one of the most recognised 3×3 basketball events in Greece, taking place every summer on the island of Syros.
The festival brings together professional athletes, international basketball guests, and amateur players across multiple age groups. Beyond the competition itself, the event celebrates the spirit of Greek summer, combining sports, entertainment, and tourism.
As the event grew in scale and participation, the organisers required a structured digital platform to manage registrations, event information, and live updates.
The objective was to design a digital platform capable of supporting the operational needs of a large sports festival.
The system needed to allow players and teams to register online, manage event participation, and provide visitors with real time information about the tournament. At the same time, the platform needed to reflect the vibrant identity of the festival and promote the destination of Syros.
We designed and developed a dedicated event management platform supporting the organisation of the AegeanBall Festival.
The system allows participants to register for the tournament through a structured registration workflow while supporting payment processing and event management operations.
The platform also integrates live event information, allowing visitors to follow tournament progress and results during the festival.
The result is a flexible digital platform that supports both the operational needs of the event and the public experience of one of Greece’s most recognised summer basketball festivals.
