Leaf Cigar is a Greek distributor supplying cigars, vape devices, and related products to a large network of retailers, including vape stores, kiosks, and convenience shops. As the catalogue and distributor network expanded, the company needed a more efficient way to manage wholesale orders and support its growing sales operations.
The client needed a structured B2B ordering platform that would simplify ordering procedures for retailers and sales representatives. The platform had to provide easy access to the full product catalogue while allowing salespeople to quickly create and submit orders during store visits through a tablet-friendly interface.
We designed and developed a tablet-first B2B ordering platform tailored to real-world sales workflows. The interface allows sales representatives to quickly browse products, build orders, and place wholesale requests while visiting retailers. The catalogue is clearly structured across cigars, vape devices, and related products, supporting fast product discovery and efficient order creation. The result is a coherent digital ordering system that simplifies procedures for both the Leaf Cigar team and its extensive distributor network.
